How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Contact us with your order number and we'll send it over.
What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
